TJ has been the Salesforce Area Vice President (AVP) for Enterprise Financial Services since 2020. She joined Salesforce in 2018 as a Regional Vice President (RVP), of Enterprise Financial Services focusing on Banking, Lending and Payments clients. TJ has experience in supporting mission critical solutions for some of the world’s largest and most profitable companies. Prior to Salesforce, TJ had a long and very successful career at IBM covering Financial Services which included the top 50 Global Banks and Insurance Clients. TJ is adept at leading diverse and large high-performance teams, building strategic partnerships to enable digital transformation and value realization in support of her clients.
