EXTREMELY IMPORTANT:
Please note that your NSN conference registration is NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-TRANSFERABLE if NSN does NOT cancel the conference. When on site at the conference badges/meal tickets will be needed to attend all functions and if you lose your badge/meal tickets you will be required to re-purchase your original registration. The non-refundable clause also includes any changes to the conference agenda or speaker line up which is subject to change without notice.
No video recording is allowed of any NSN conference function without the written consent of the National Office of National Sales Network. Violation of this policy may result in legal action from both National Sales Network and the individuals(s) who are videotaped.
NSN reserves the right to cancel and refund any persons or sponsor registration without cause.
National Sales Network has not determined the conference onsite a Covid policy at this time. If a policy is established, all conference attendees who have registered BEFORE the policy was established will have to abide by the policy. No refunds.
Waiver
I acknowledge that COVID-19 is an extremely contagious virus that spreads easily through person-to-person contact and can lead to severe illness and death. As with any social activity, participation in the National Sales Network (NSN) Annual Conference & Career Fair could present the risk of contracting COVID-19. According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, senior citizens and guests with underlying medical conditions are especially vulnerable. NSN can in no way warrant that COVID-19 infection will not occur through participation in the Conference and by attending you voluntarily assume all risks related to COVID-19 exposure; agree to abide by the then-current Conference COVID Code of Conduct issued by NSN; and you agree to indemnify and hold harmless the NSN and all of its conference vendors/contractors from any and all COVID-19 liabilities or claims.
I further understand that the above polices may change without notice and that I am responsible for checking the NSN website or conference mobile app for any updates that may be posted before or during the NSN conference dates.
