Over the course of LaRon’s career he has consistently made an outsized impact by focusing on recruiting elite talent, empowering that talent to flourish, and implementing best in class strategies that drive performance. He’s been blessed to manage teams as large as 200, with revenue responsibilities upwards of 1.8B.

In addition to delivering results, LaRon has consistently been cultural ambassador. His passions outside of his day job speak to the things that drive him including Community, Democratizing Opportunity, & Startup Organizations. Originally from Chicago, LaRon and his family now reside in Novi, Michigan.
