Carl migrated from Jamaica to the United States in 2004, with the hope of living the American dream. With his lifetime goal of being an engineer at the forefront of his mind, he started all necessary preparations. In 2008, he graduated from DeVry University with an Associate degree in Electronics and Computer Technology, a feat he obtained while working fulltime as a security guard. He worked several years with an automated parking systems company and would later join Videojet Technologies in 2011. Carl returned to DeVry and there obtained his bachelor’s degree in Technical Management in 2014. He has held several roles at Videojet, which included Field Service Engineer (CSE), Regional Solutions Engineer (RSE) and now his current role as Product Manager supporting North America. He is a devout Christian and is married to his beautiful wife Trudy-Ann and is the doting father of Abigail and Azariah.
