As VP, Head of North America Diversity & Inclusion, her role is to help SAP embrace and leverage employee’s unique diversity dimensions and corporate practices to support the achievement of organizational goals, outperform competitors, and exceed customer/employee expectations. Margot is responsible for identifying, planning, executing, and monitoring diversity activities related to the regional Diversity & Inclusion strategy across three pillars: Workforce Diversification, Workplace Culture & Marketplace Leadership. Margot has ensured that D&I is seen as a business imperative and embedding inclusion into SAP’s operational policies and procedures is a priority.
