Jen Redmond is the Executive Director of Commercial Development at Endo Aesthetics, where she leads a world-class team focused on education and advocacy across the aesthetic healthcare professional community. Prior to this role, Jen was employee number two in the startup unit of Endo Aesthetics and worked cross-functionally to help Endo Pharmaceuticals transition to a hybrid pharmaceutical/aesthetic organization. She eventually built and led the first national aesthetic sales team focused on the launch of a novel technology for cellulite.
Prior to Endo, Jen held roles of increasing responsibility in sales leadership, marketing, professional relations, medical affairs and professional advertising across the pharmaceutical, aesthetic, and professional advertising industries.
Professionally, Jen is a passionate leader who focuses on building highly effective, cohesive teams and believes that diversity is a critical component to achieve success. Personally, she is a dedicated wife and mother to her 2 children and 1.5-year-old Sheepadoodle. She and her family love to explore the world and typically have at least 1-2 foreign trips on the calendar.
