Daneal Espada-Johnson is Senior Manager of Diversity Outreach, Human Resources, for Sunovion and its affiliate, Sumitomo Pharma America Holdings, Inc. (SMPA). Daneal brings a passion for people and advocacy to her role with over 11 years of pharma experience working alongside top company executives, Business Impact Groups, Talent Acquisition, and D&I Councils. She is responsible for building and executing core talent attraction and retention strategies, developing key partnerships, and strengthening the company’s culture and external brand with the ultimate goal of engaging top talent from all diverse groups. Daneal holds a BA in Communications Marketing from Aurora University and enjoys writing, playing guitar, and exploring new places in her free time.
