Cree Duncan's Gilead career began 15 years ago as a Therapeutic Specialist in US Commercial. Since then, Cree has held various roles of increasing responsibilities, including Senior and Executive Therapeutic Specialist, Mentor, Regional Trainer, and I&D Rotation recipient. During Cree's Gilead tenure, she has received many awards, including Gilead's highest sales honor, President's Club. In 2022, Cree joined Kite (a Gilead Company) as Senior Manager, Global Commercial Project Lead. In this role, Cree will provide project management support for Commercial programs and develop communications for the broader Commercial audience and beyond. In addition, she will lead several culture initiatives, continuing her exemplary work as a champion and change agent to build awareness and accountability of employee engagement efforts. Cree is passionate about creating a best-in-class culture and being a part of Kite's mission to cure cancer.
