Clara N. Cedeño is a Sr. Manager at Amazon Web Services leading Global Operations for the World-Wide System Integrators partner team within the AWS Partner Organization. Clara has a unique business background. She spent 13 years in the IT industry – where she held various IC and Manager positions – pursued her own business (a restaurant she built from the ground, up) and worked within her community to help other entrepreneurs. Clara started her tech career as an Executive Admin at RSA Security from 2001 to 2003. Over the next several years, Clara would occupy the following roles: Program Manager for Global Services Associate Program (EMC), IT Project Manager (VCE), Program Manager, US-NE and East Canada territories leading 5 PM’s (VCE), Global Partner Services Manager (VCE), and Senior Program Manager, Converged Platforms (Dell EMC). Now, at AWS, Clara uses her experiences to drive operational excellence across her many responsibilities.
