Beth is an Executive Sales Leader with experience building and leading goal oriented, award-winning teams. She has 30 Years of experience in the biotech and pharmaceutical industry. The last 15 years focused on building and leading teams in Hematology/ Oncology and Rare Disease.
Her career started at Johnson & Johnson as a college graduate (where she spent majority of her career). She’s worked with Big Pharma, Small Pharma, and International Start-Ups. Her success stems from always ‘putting the patient first.’
Beth enjoys mentoring those in and outside of pharma. She is involved with organizations supporting young girls and teens. She speaks and presents workshops to professional organizations on Leadership, Teamwork and ‘Bringing Your Best Self to the Table.’ Her favorite quote is by Maya Angelou “When you learn teach, when you get give.”
Beth is married to Rey and has 2 children – Lauren (Attorney) and Marcus (Health & Wellness Director)
