As an executive coach and talent strategist certified in emotional intelligence and strengths-based development practices, Alicia empowers her clients to deepen their self-awareness, harness their strengths while fostering a growth mindset to achieve their career, leadership, and organizational goals. In September 2021, Alicia became an author when she released her first book: Driven to Thrive: 10 Proven Strategies to Excel, Expand & Elevate Your Career & Life. Alicia partnered with LinkedIn to create her first digital career course, “Coaching Yourself to Career Success” in December 2021, which has garnered recognition by LinkedIn and thousands of learners globally.
