Alexis Yeargin is an Operation’s Manager for State Farm’s P&C Underwriting Contact Center. She has responsibility for the Modernization team that is responsible for leveraging digital capabilities to build the structure and operational practices for the future of agency contacts.

Alexis is an energized leader who excels in motivating teams and driving results. With 12 years of leadership experience and 18 years of insurance and underwriting expertise, she has created successful operational strategies and committed to the continuous development of employees to support profitable growth at State Farm.

Alexis has a bachelor’s degree in English and minor in Spanish from The University of Virginia and has also earned the Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) designation.

Alexis and her husband Sam have two daughters.
