Aaron joined BD as Customer Service Representative 20 years ago and was quickly promoted into a role within Contract Management. More recently, Aaron was a member of the IDS Inside Sales Team and in 2019 Aaron was promoted to Account Executive covering Central/North New Jersey where he covered large IDN’s and successfully grew multiple IDS portfolios.

Aaron was recently promoted to Regional Channel Specialist (Northeast) as part of the BD (Integrated Diagnostic Solutions) Channel Integration Team. He is responsible for the further enhancement of IDS distribution relationships in the field. He will support Key Account distribution activity and execute our commercial programs and tactics by specific products and market segments. Aaron will drive value across all IDS portfolios in both the Acute and Non-Acute Markets.

Aaron is a member of the African Americans at BD Field Associate Resource Group and is Co-lead of the Company Subcommittee. Aaron holds a bachelor’s degree in business management from James Madison University.

He resides in Westfeld, NJ with his wife. He loves his hometown Baltimore and being a Softball Dad.
