    During this event you will learn the key traits as it relates to Active Listening:

    Understand the importance of recognizing customer Pings
    Recognize effective listening behaviors, as well as barriers
    Maximize the level of information received by simply listening
    Utilize effective listening techniques to have the most impactful conversations for both you and the customer
