The annual NSN Career Fair is open to ALL professionals seeking a career change. In 2011 NSN re-positioned its Career Fair to include all functional areas of business – Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, Human Resources, Technology and Business Development. This change was made in response to the needs of NSN Career Fair sponsors, 42% of which were recruiting for a variety of positions. Additionally, our chapters conduct events year-round that include a recruiting element.

			National Conference and Diversity Career Fair - The NSN Conference and Career Fair are advertised throughout the year in regional publications (host city) and are supported by direct mail, web and email campaigns, social media, and mobile marketing.
			Chapter Sponsorship - Develop qualified sales leads with prospects in your target market via NSN chapter events throughout the year. Build brand awareness with potential customers, industry leaders, and chapter representatives.
			University / College Recruiting - Marketing collateral will be distributed campus-wide, advertising NSN’s recruitment tour that targets sophomores, juniors and seniors at Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs). The NSN Scholarship Fund serves and provides opportunities for deserving students attending HBCUs. Tomorrow’s Sales executives Today (T-SET) is a program designed for increasing NSN membership among sales professionals under the age of 30. T-SET provides students the opportunity to further their education, attend the national sales conference, attend monthly NSN meetings and pursue career opportunities in sales/marketing.
