Orlando Chapter!

Welcome! As the President of National Sales Network, Orlando Chapter, I want to thank you for taking the time to visit our site.

 

We are excited to be joining over 1,200 sales professionals nationwide. We are committed to providing career and skill development events, as well as, a professional atmosphere for sales professionals to network as they expand their sales resources.

Our Executive Leadership Team is here for you, and will ensure that your experience is unique. The Executive Leadership Team realizes and understands that people are our greatest asset and will take a vested interest in you and your career aspirations.

 

National Sales Network (NSN) Orlando Chapter
NSN was founded in 1992 by a group of African-American sales and sales management professionals based out of Newark, NJ. Since that time, fifthteen chapters have been established nationally. The Orlando Chapter was formed in the Central Florida area in 2009.

 

NSN is a not for profit membership organization whose mission is to meet the professional and developmental needs of the African-American sales and sales management professional. We are working to accomplish (but are not limited to) the following goals:

  • Becoming the professional association of choice for the African-American sales professional;

  • Encouraging African-Americans to pursue sales careers;

  • Empowering African-Americans through community involvement and service;

  • Providing career development strategies for sales professionals;

  • Provide a forum by which African-American sales professionals can "Network" among their peers.

 

The Orlando chapter invites all (African-American) sales professionals throughout the state of Florida who seek career and skill development to get involved. “Opportunities are never lost, they are just given to someone else.”

 

The Orlando chapter wants to partner with you to ensure that you have the sales skills necessary to capitalize on those opportunities desired to take your career to the next level. So what are you waiting for, get connected to the National Sales Network Orlando Chapter today!

About NSN:
 National Sales Network is a membership organization whose mission is to meet the professional and developmental needs of African-American sales and sales management professionals. Annual membership fees are only $75.

National Sales Network was founded by a group of African-American sales and sales management professionals in Newark, New Jersey, June 1992. The original purpose of the organization was and still is to enhance the skill development of sales and sales management professionals while providing a forum for networking within the profession.  Several well-established Black professional organizations served as examples of how instrumental an organization of this magnitude could be in providing networking opportunities for sales professionals.

Since then, the organization has grown to twelve chapters nationwide. These chapters conduct seminars on subjects such as:

  • Selling skills

  • Negotiating skills

  • Job search

  • Time management

  • Organization skills

  • Career management.

NSN is not an organization based on socializing (although we have our share of fun!) -- our objective is to provide useful skills and experiences to help African-Americans become better Professional Salespeople!


NSN Mission Statement

Our mission is to meet the professional and developmental needs of the African – American Sales and Sales Management professional by:

  1. Becoming the organization of choice for the African – American Sales professional.

  2. Encouraging African - Americans to pursue sales careers.

  3. Empowering African – Americans through community involvement and service.

  4. Providing career and skill development programs for sales professionals.

  5. Providing a forum through which sales professionals can network within their profession

NSN is composed of sales professionals and entrepreneurs from all industries. Sales management professionals are well represented within the group with titles from District Manager to Vice President of Sales. The organization also conducts an annual National Conference in September of every year. NSN currently has chapters in Atlanta, Chicago, Dallas, Detroit, Houston, Los Angeles, Orlando, Minneapolis/St. Paul, New York/New Jersey, Philadelphia, and Washington DC/Baltimore.

We have hit the ground running and the excitement is building.
