David Richardson is one of the original founders of National Sales Network. He holds the distinction of being the first Chapter President for the first NSN Chapter started in Newark, New Jersey in June 1992. Immediately following the first NSN conference conducted in September of 1996, David created the National Office of NSN to serve the needs of the expanding organization. In addition, David has held the positions of National President, National Chairman of the Board and he is currently the National Executive Director for NSN. David has 25 years of sales/sales management experience working in the Food/Consumer Products industry.
John Watson is a founding member of both the national board of directors and the national office, where he currently serves as VP of Operations. He is also co-founder of the Chicago Chapter, where he served as its first president and continues to serve as Board Chairman. John was the inaugural winner of the David Richardson Organizational Commitment award at the first NSN conference in 1996 and repeated as the winner in 2007.
Michael Davis is one of the original members of National Sales Network. He has served in a number of leadership roles since 1992 ranging from Membership Chair and Conference Chair, Newark Chapter; 1st VP, New York Chapter; Founder, President and Chairman, Philadelphia Chapter; National Director of Membership; VP of Operations, National Office and National President. Michael has over 20 years of sales & sales management experience in both the Consumer Package Goods and Medical Device Industries.
Agnes Lightfoot Agnes Lightfoot has been a part of National Sales Network since its inception in New Jersey. She has worked in various capacities from registrar to data base manager for the organization. She was the first National Secretary, the first NSN Meeting Planner and the first Editor of the Annual Conference Journal. Agnes is a member of the Board and periodically performs the role of Secretary for the Board. She is also a Realtor in Palm Coast, Florida, one of the fastest growing communities in the country.
Tommy Duncan has served as Board Chairman for the Dallas/Ft. Worth Chapter since 2011. Under his leadership as chapter president for two terms from 2007 - 10, the Dallas/Ft. Worth Chapter reached its highest membership since its chartering in 2001, earned its first Chapter of the Year Award, hosted the Annual Conference in 2008, and won the inaugural and 2nd Annual Conference Registration Contest by achieving the highest registration faster than any other chapter. He was a team leader for NSN Annual Conference in Houston, TX in 2011. His national honors within NSN include The Power of Team Work Award in 2011 and the David M. Richardson Individual Commitment Award in 2005. Tommy has built a successful career in professional sales and financial management over the past 19 years, the past 10 years in high tech sales with IBM and Sun Microsystems.

Cheryl Coleman has served as a NSN Conference Team Leader since 2010. She currently holds the office of VP of Events for the Atlanta Chapter where she has been recognized as an “Outstanding Achiever” for her consistent delivery of high quality events over the past three years. In addition, Cheryl has held leadership positions as Program Committee Chair, Conference Committee Chair and Mentoring Committee Team Leader.
